These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are provided by Kunaka Kids (“Us” or “We”). Please read them carefully before you purchase from our website. By purchasing from our website you agree to be bound by these T&C. These T&C may be revised at any time. Changes to these T&C terms and conditions are effective immediately once they are posted on the website.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us are correct and complete. Please contact us immediately of any changes to the information.

 

Kunaka Kids reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

 

Privacy

Kunaka Kids are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. By purchasing from our website you consent to the T&C set out in this Privacy Statement.

 

• Information collected: We may collect and process the data from you at the time of purchase, such as the information that you provided when you set up your account with us, details of purchase (credit card, address, name, etc) and details of your visits to our website.

 

• What we do with the information collected: Purchase details (credit card, address, name, etc) are only used for the purposes of managing your order. We do not file/ store this data. Other details provided, may be used for internal customer analysis and research in order to improve our online customer service only. We will not share your details with a third party without your consent. We will never sell your details to a third party.

 

• Your rights: You have the right to ask us to not use your personal data for our marketing. You are allowed to unsubscribe from our promotion emails at any time. You have the right to access the information that we hold about you. Contact us.

 

The Contract

When you place an order with Kunaka Kids, a confirmation email containing order details, will be sent to you. Placing the order represents your offer to Kunaka Kids, to enter into a contract to purchase a product. Within 48 hours of our sending the confirmation email, we will dispatch the product. Dispatching the products is our acceptance of the offer. The contract is complete and legally binding when you have placed the order and the product has been dispatched. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date of the earlier of product delivery or first attempted delivery by us.

 

Orders

 

• Availability: Goods are subject to availability. Our dolls and books are being imported from Africa and the Caribbean, so in the event that a shipment is delayed, or we are otherwise unable to fill an order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Kunaka Kids will issue a full refund for amounts already paid.

 

• Colour Guarantee: Certain products are available in assorted colours. We cannot guarantee that your preferred colour will be available when we fill your order. In the event that your chosen colour is not available, we will contact you about providing an alternative colour. If you are not satisfied with the offered alternative, then the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issues.

 

• Discrepancies: If there is any discrepancy with your order or if your product is faulty, you must notify us as soon as possible. If you have been shipped the incorrect products, then please accept our apologies. Please follow the Returns Policy and on receipt of your order, we will reimburse the full cost of returning them to Kunaka Kids. Any replacements will be sent to you at no extra cost to yourself.

 

Pricing

 

• Currency: Prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP), although conversions can be made to Euro (EUR) and US Dollar (USD). Prices include VAT (where applicable). Prices exclude delivery charge.

 

• Mispriced Products: We endeavor to list all prices accurately, however in the event of an error, (i) where the correct price is lower than the stated price, Kunaka Kids will reimburse the customer for the over-charge; and (ii) where the correct price is higher than the stated price, Kunaka Kids will waive the difference in price if the product has already been dispatched. If the product has not been dispatched, then we will contact you about making the correction because the Contract will not yet be complete (see ‘3. The Contract’ above).
